The Adams Gallery at Suffolk University presents Intended Consequences: Rwandan Children Born of Rape, an Aperture traveling exhibit that examines the aftermath of the Rwandan genocide through photographs and interviews by photojournalist Jonathan Torgovnik.

This exhibition was made possible by generous support from the Open Society Institute, Amnesty International, and Foundation Rwanda. Additional support to Intended Consequences was provided by Henry Buhl; SanDisk; Artis—Contemporary Israeli Art Fund; Kodak; and the Consulate General of Israel, Office of Cultural Affairs, in New York.

Aperture, a not-for-profit organization devoted to photography and the visual arts, has organized this traveling exhibition and produced the accompanying publication."

The exhibit is presented by Suffolk University’s Adams Gallery in partnership with the University’s Center for Women's Health and Human Rights.
