Panel of donors to discuss grant-making strategies

Suffolk University’s Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and Associated Grant Makers are co-hosting a Meet-the-Donors event.
The topic is Environmental Funding, and the program will address:
• Emerging trends in grant-making for the environment
• How grant-makers are narrowing their focus in tough times
• What makes a project more fundable
• The importance of, and recommendations for, evaluation and reporting
• Proposal basics for anyone new to the process.
Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in an extended Q&A session following a panel discussion moderated by Brooke Nash, branch chief of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
