Project for School Innovation in partnership with Suffolk University
Saturday, October 22, 2011
Stahl Building, 73 Tremont Street, 9th floor
9:00am - 3:00pm
Project for School Innovation is excited to partner with Suffolk University in its 4th annual Learning Exchange themed around “Partnering for Success”. The Learning Exchange convenes teacher presenters and participants from district schools, charter schools, and other education programs across Massachusetts to share effective practices and new ideas. This has evolved into a fun, informative and energetic day of real world workshops by and for educators.
The PSI / Suffolk Learning Exchange changes the debate by convening and celebrating successes from both charter and district schools. The October 22nd conference will engage presenters and participants from all types of public schools to exchange best practices in urban education. Teachers and administrators will share interactive presentations on such high leverage topics as:
• Partnering with Students
• Partnering with peers and colleagues (Within and across schools)
• Partnering with Community – Organizations, parents and others
Participants will learn from the achievements and example of local teachers and principals – the experts whose daily work drives effective school reform.
Workshop Proposal Form- Applications are due by August 19th
