The Center for Advanced Legal Studies presents a spring course on Admiralty Law: Maritime Mishaps and Mistakes.

The program is based on a hypothetical case that combines issues raised by several cases in which the course faculty members have been involved. The case is used as a starting point to identify areas of substantive and procedural law that may apply in admiralty law cases.
