The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service presents "The Infrastructure Crisis: Are Public-Private Partnerships the Answers?", a roundtable discussion regarding the continuing debate about how best to finance infrastructure improvements.
The discussion will include an analysis of U.S. Sen. John Kerry's proposed BUILD Act legislation.
