The Rappaport Center on Law and Public Service and the Health and Biomedical Law Concentration present a symposium on "Comparative Medical Malpractice Law, Dispute Resolution, and Reform: France and the United States."

The symposium is co-sponsored by the Litigation Concentration and the LL.M. in Global Law and Technology.

  • Philippe Pierre, professor of private law at the University of Rennes
  • Brigitte Feuillet, senior member of the University Institute of France and professor on the faculty of law, University of Rennes
  • Dwight Golan, professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School
  • Michael Rustad, Thomas F. Lambert Jr. Professor of Law and co-director of the Intellectual Property Law Concentration at Suffolk Law School
  • Marc Rodwin, professor of health law and policy, Suffolk Law School
