The Intellectual Property Law Concentration presents “Net Neutrality and the Takings Clause”.

“Net neutrality” refers to the principle that broadband providers should not limit the content and applications available over the Internet. Daniel Lyons, Associate Professor from Boston College Law School, will discuss his article, “Virtual Takings: The Coming Fifth Amendment Challenge to Net Neutrality Regulation”, published in the Notre Dame Law Review.
