The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service hosts the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law annual symposium: “To Be or Not To Be: Emerging Legal and Ethical Issues, Advances, and Controversies in Assisted Reproductive Technology.” 

The symposium is co-sponsored by Suffolk Law's Health and Biomedical Law Concentration, The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service and Suffolk University MA/Women’s Health.

The panelists are John A. Robertson, Vinson & Elkins chair, The University of Texas School of Law; George J. Annas, William Fairfield Warren distinguished professor and chair, Department of Health Law, Bioethics & Human Rights at Boston University School of Public Health, School of Medicine, and School of Law; Suffolk Law Professor Charles Kindregan, Jr.; and Amy Agigian, associate professor of sociology at Suffolk University.

Suffolk Law Professor Renée Landers will serve as the moderator.
