The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service presents a policy discussion on what's next for the nation's first and oldest probation agency, featuring the key players who will determine its future.

The panel includes:

--Mary Beth Heffernan, Massachusetts Secretary of Public Safety
--Sen. Cynthia Stone Creem (D-Newton), Member, Probation Reform Working Group
--John Larivee, CEO of Community Resources for Justice
--The Hon. Robert Mulligan, Chief Justice for Administration and Management

The program includes a video presentation by Scott Harshbarger, chair, Supreme Judicial Court Task Force on Hiring in the Judicial Branch.

The discussion is co-sponsored by CommonWealth Magazine and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
