The Center for Advanced Legal Studies and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys presents a course on integrating Veteran Administration benefits into an elder law practice.
This program focuses on how to interpret the rules and regulations and understand the trust and annuity rules as they apply to VA Aid & Attendance benefits and to compare and contrast with MassHealth rules and regulations. The faculty is comprised of practitioners with hands on experience to address practice oriented issues and de-emphasize the actual application process.
Registration is required for the course.
