Alumni Leadership Day 2010

On October 2, 2010 the Alumni Association hosted its annual Alumni Leadership Day. Leadership Day is the opportunity the University takes to say thank you and provide volunteers the “insider’s view,” necessary to help them be fully informed and effective alumni leaders.

This year’s program began with coffee with the Trustees, a welcome by Vice President for Advancement Chris Mosher, JD ’76, and State of the University Address by Chairman Andrew (Drew) Meyer, JD ’74.  Keynote speaker, James Langley, Principal of Langley Innovations and former Vice President for Development at Georgetown, gave wonderful and energizing presentation which was recorded. You may view the video recording here.

College of Arts & Sciences and Sawyer Business School alumni participated in a session with Deans Greenberg and O’Neill and students from both schools respectively. Law alumni were introduced to Dean Camille Nelson, who shared her vision for the school.
