Massachusetts House Speaker Robert A. DeLeo will keynote the Beacon Hill Institute's 10th Annual Competitiveness Conference announcing the release of its competitiveness report.

Published since 2001, the report features an index that measures the ability of all 50 states to establish policies that sustain long-term economic and personal income growth.
