After receiving a law degree from Harvard, Glen Fukushima has had a distinguished career in Washington, D.C. in government service in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and in Japan, where he has held several high-level positions, including two terms as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (1998 and 1999). He is both a leader in international business, and an informed opinion on Japan and its role in international trade.
