This is a very common phenomenon where startups and small businesses are typically undercapitalized and need to maximize internally-generated cash flow to not only start of run the business, but to also grow. Centered around an experiential process, this course will identify how to internally generate cash flow with the realization that more than 90% of all ventures operate in a bootstrapping environment. This course will identify a strong understanding of cash inflows, outflows, and maximizing both components to generate additional capital necessary for the business's requirements.'
