The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service hosts a ceremony to celebrate Pro Bono work and recognize National Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The reception recognizes Suffolk students, supervising attorneys, alumni and faculty participating in the Suffolk University Law School Pro Bono Program and other public service programs.

Suffolk Law alumna Elissa Flynn-Poppey, an associate with Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC, will be honored for leading the legistative re-drafting of Massachusetts' restraining order legislation for victims of sexual assault, criminal stalking and criminal harassment.
