Suffolk Law School's Intellectual Property Law Concentration presents a course on "Transnational Strategies for Exploiting and Protecting IP, Doing Business In China and the EU."

The conference, supported in part by a grant from Foley & Lardner, LLP, will present a mock scenario that includes three acts, each of which takes place at a different point in the planning and lifecycle of a Boston-based company as it seeks both to exploit and protect its intellectual property, first locally and then as it expands internationally.

Register for the course at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies.
