Berkeley's Pamela Samuelson leads panel on copyright law

The third of the Donahue Lecture Series features Professor Pamela Samuelson, Distinguished Professor of Law, Berkeley School of Law, who will discuss "Ten Ways to Conceive of the Derivative Work Right of Copyright Law." Samuelson's principal area of expertise is intellectual propery law. She has written and spoken extensively about the challenges that new information technologies are posing for public policy and traditional legal regimes.
