The American Studies presents the panel "The American Dream and Its Implications: Social Compact, Cultural Fictions, ad the Transformation of U.S. Politics" with Elif Armbruster, Ph.D., English Dept.; Kenneth Cosgrove, Ph.D., Government Dept.; Gregory Fried, Ph.D., Philosophy Dept.; and Patricia Reeve, Ph.D. 

These are tough times for the American Dream.  Is the idea endangered, or must we re-imagine it?  Join American Studies faculty in a wide-ranging discussion of the American Dream and its implications for you, the nation, and our collective aspirations.
