Judy Shen-Filerman is the principal and founder of Dreambridge Partners LLC. A cross-cultural leadership
expert, Judy has worked with international students and professionals over the last 7 years. She has a passion for coaching individuals to successfully navigate the US workplace.

Judy immigrated to the US at the age of six and grew up in New York City. A Harvard College and Harvard Business School graduate, Judy has held key marketing management positions for the world’s top consumer brands including: Procter and Gamble, Campbell Soup Asia and Polaroid. Since 2001, Judy has worked with universities, organizations and individuals as lecturer, consultant and coach.
