Janet Scott, Ph.D., Associate Professor emerita at Hong Kong Baptist University, Advisor on Local Ethnography to the Governmnet of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong, and author of For Gods, Ghosts, and Ancestors: The Chinese Tradition of Paper Offerings (2007), discusses "How the People of Hong Kong Celebrate the Chinese New Year."
