Program Overview:

Participants will learn communication strategies and tactics to increase their interpersonal influence in the workplace.  Instruction will include an analysis of thinking and decision-making styles, the strategic development of persuasive conversations, and four tactics to increase interpersonal influence.  This seminar is presented by Dr. Robert Rosenthal, Professor and Chairperson of the Communications and Journalism Department at Suffolk University.
