A course co-sponsored by the Macaronis Institute for Trial and Appellate Advocacy and the Flaschner Judicial Institute will cover complex issues in murder cases, focusing on the most difficult areas of a murder trial, with comprehensive analysis from all perspectives.

The Hon. John M. Greaney, director of the Macaronis Institute for Trial and Appellate Advocacy, will co-chair the course with the Hon. Linda E. Giles, associate justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
