Professor James Ptacek will host a discussion and signing of his new book, Restorative Justice and Violence Against Women.  Restorative Justice and Violence Against Women considers both the dangers and potential benefits of using restorative justice cases of violence against women.  This event is sponsored by the graduate programs in Criminal Justice Studies and Women's Health, the Sociology Department, The Center for Women's Health and Human Rights, The Center for Restorative Justice, and the Women's and Gender Studies program at Suffolk University.  For more information, please contact the Sociology Department at 617-573-8485.
