• Life 101 Series: Real Estate 101

Life 101, your guide to post-college life, is back!

Return to Suffolk this fall and join fellow young alumni and industry experts for three networking and educational sessions that will help you prepare for what lies ahead.  From homebuying to career- we’ve got you covered.  All events are recession-proof (complimentary) but please RSVP.

Real Estate 101

with Guest Speaker Donna Tritman EMBA’81

Date: Wednesday October 7, 2009
Location: David J. Sargent Hall, 120 Tremont Street, 1st Floor Function Room, Boston MA
Time: 6:00-8:00pm
Cost: FREE! Light refreshments served

With housing prices at a low and a special federal tax credit being given to first-time homebuyers, this is a fantastic time to consider buying a home or property. But if you’ve never bought home before, it can be difficult to know if you are making a sound investment.  Join Donna Tritman, EMBA’81, for a session that goes beyond the typical homebuying seminar.  She will not only provide you with the resources to understand the process of buying and financing a home, but will also discuss buying residential property for investment and/or buying a multi-family dwelling as a starter home plus investment.

Please RSVP to Andréa Kerr at 617.573.8451 or akerr@suffolk.edu

Sponsored by the Suffolk University Young Alumni Advisory Group in conjunction with the Alumni Association.
