Ruth R. Faden, the Philip Franklin Wagley Professor of Biomedical Ethics and Director of the Berman Institute of Bioethics at Johns Hopkins and Senior Research Scholar at the Kennedy Institute of Ethics at Georgetown University, will speak on "The Return of the Right to Health Care: The Moral Case for Health Reform in the United States."
