Buying your first home/condo? Thinking about refinancing? Wondering how much to put down and how much you can really afford? Facilitated by the owner and broker of Lighthouse Realty Group and Suffolk alumna Ann Harrington, BS’83, this workshop will provide you with a valuable introduction to the "business" of home buying and refinancing, including industry jargon (think credit score, PMI, ARM and fixed), different loan types, and an overview of how the subprime meltdown may affect your ability to buy.
