The Suffolk University Law School presents a talk by historian and author, Kevin Gutzman on Commerce Clause Jurisprudence, Expansion of the State, and the Decline of Liberty. Guztman's work includes The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution and Who Killed the Constitution?: The Fate of American Liberty from World War I to George W. Bush.

Gutzman will also remark on the Massachusetts November decriminalization referendum in light of the commerce power and the destructive federal War on Drugs. Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Professor Gutzman's new book, Who Killed the Constitution?
