The Center for Advanced Legal Studies presents a dinner meeting to learn how to assess your law firm’s current financial health, and apply that information to enhance firm profitability, improve operations, or buy, sell or merge a practice. This unique program features Attorneys Bernard A. Krooks and Vincent J. Russo and valuation expert Michael J. Garibaldi, CPA/ABV, actively engaging you in a scintillating discussion of a myriad of complex business issues. This is a limited enrollment session for those who have an ownership stake in a practice, have been a member of the bar for at least 15 years and will be limited to not more than 30 attendees.
