The Suffolk University baseball team hosts St. Joseph's Maine in a first round game of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship Tournament Thursday, April 24 at 5 p.m. at Adams Field in Quincy, Massachusetts. The Rams are seeded No. 1 in the tournament after winning the GNAC regular season title with a 14-0 record, 23-8 overall. 

The double elimination GNAC tournament continues on Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27 at Holman Stadium in Nashua, New Hampshire.The GNAC tournament champion earns an automatic bid in the 2008 NCAA Division III Regional Baseball tournament. The New England NCAA Regional will be held at Whitehouse Field in Harwich, Massachusetts May14-18.

No. 2 seed Johnson & Wales hosts Rivier in the other GNAC tournament quarterfinal game Thursday, April 24.
