Transnational Law Review will hold its final colloquium speaking event on Tuesday, April 1, featuring Jeremy Sarkin, a visiting professor of International Human Rights at Tufts University.

He will discuss "Toward Democracy and Human Rights in Burma: Developing the Responsibility to Protect."

The talk will touch upon human rights, international law, international organizations, and constitutional law.
