Carbon Summit at Law School

3/11/2008

The Law School Advanced Legal Studies program is convening a Carbon Summit to explore the legal, policy, and practical dimensions of all aspects of changing carbon, power, and environmental regulation in the Northeast and at the national levels.

The Carbon Summit, cosponsored with the Law School's Moakley Institute, the Rappaport Center for Law & Public Service and the Massachusetts Bar Association, will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2008, at Suffolk University Law School, 120 Tremont St., Boston.

Carbon regulation will affect every sector of the economy, from the regulated entities to consumers, and the Carbon Summit will prepare the legal and policy community for the new era of carbon regulation.

A distinguished panel of experts from Wall Street, academia, the practicing bar, and state regulatory agencies will serve as faculty for the Carbon Summit.
