Fleeing from their homes, displaced persons have many urgent needs. Recent conficts have created a huge number of displaced persons and an increased need for relief efforts.

One in a series of workshops offered by the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay in conjunction with the Adams Gallery exhibit A Memory of Humanity: From Solferino to Guantanamo - 145 Years of Red Cross Photography. This traveling exhibit from the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum in Geneva features more than 80 photographs illustrating how compassion and humanitarian aid can mitigate the horrors of armed conflict.
