Celebrate Suffolk’s AHANA graduates and cultural club leaders

This annual ceremony is held to celebrate the change of leadership from past to new club officers in Suffolk’s cultural student organizations. Graduating AHANA students are also recognized and presented with stoles recognizing their cultural heritage.

Refreshments will be provided. Please register or RSVP below.

Keynote speaker

June JimenezThis year's keynote speaker will be June A. Jimenez. Jimenez is the Director of Development for the Asian American Justice Center (AAJC), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works to advance the human and civil rights of Asian Americans through advocacy, public policy, public education and litigation. A graduate of Cornell University, Jimenez currently serves on the Board of Directors for Voto Latino, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting an enfranchised America and the National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO), an umbrella organization for 23 of the nation’s Latino-based fraternities and sororities.
