Lee Denim Day At Law School

Wear jeans to support cancer research fundraiser

9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Friday, Oct. 5, 2007
Suffolk Law School
120 Tremont Street
Boston, MA

On Friday, Oct. 5, 2007 the law school will participate in "Lee Denim Day".  The event, sponsored by Suffolk's chapter of the National Women Law Students Association (NWLSA), is a one-day national fundraiser during which employers allow their employees to wear jeans to work in exchange for making a $5 donation.  All proceeds will be used to sponsor the NWLSA "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Team participating in the October 14th walk.  Donations can be made on Friday at the NWLSA table on the 4th floor from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Members of the law school community are encouraged to feel comfortable wearing jeans Friday in support of this cause (unless, of course, you are involved in special events that require otherwise).  Participants are asked to visit the NWLSA table on the 4th floor on Friday, Oct. 5 to make their donation.

Please contact Melissa Murray, NWLSA Executive Director, with questions.
