They will need to express their interest, submit a writing sample of at least 5 pages, and submit two letters of recommendation from History department faculty members to the Chair of the History Department by no later than October 15 of their senior year. Students will be informed of their acceptance or rejection by no later than November 15. Along with other completed “capstone” projects, these theses will be acknowledged and celebrated at the annual reception for graduating history majors and minors at the end of April.
