Participants will become familiar with the principles, tools, and benefits of mentoring relationships. Participants will leave this session with a clear sense of the value of mentoring relationships in the accounting profession, as well as ways to support a mentoring culture at work. They will learn how to build, manage, and benefit from these relationships.
