The second lecture of the Health Law and Policy Forum features John Lantos, M.D., a professor of pediatrics and associate director of the MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics at The University of Chicago.
His current research focuses on the ethical dilemmas associated with innovative therapies.
Lantos has also been involved in numerous community research projects, including those to promote the health and welfare of teenage mothers.
His writings have addressed organ transplantation, growth hormone therapy, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, and neonatal intensive care.
