Hundreds of Suffolk University alumni, staff, faculty, students, and friends made Suffolk part of their New Year's Eve celebration.

Passers-by on their way to and from First Night activities stopped to admire the University's ice sculpture depicting the Centennial logo and to congratulate members of the Suffolk community on its milestone.

Members of the Suffolk community stepped into Sargent Hall for refreshments during an afternoon reception. This was the second year Suffolk University has marked First Night with an ice sculpture celebration, and plans are being made to continue the new tradition next year.
